PAYMENT OPTIONS

For on-line orders we accept Visa & MasterCard
Off line orders: We accept business checks or money orders in U.S. funds.
We also accept purchase orders (upon approval), -- by mail or e-mail.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING OPTIONS

All orders placed on the Artisan Light Works Store are shipped by ground. We ship smaller orders via U.S. Postal Service Media Rate. Larger orders may ship UPS ground unless the address is a P.O. Box. Contact Customer Service for orders that require Priority and UPS second day air. Shipping and Handling is determined by the cost of the order and the method of shipping. Standard ground delivery will be the following:

Orders under $100.00 - $9.95 (not available to wholesalers)

$100.00 up to $200.00 – 11%

$201.00 up to $300.00 – 9%

$301.00 up to $500.00 – 7%

$500.00 and up - 6%

All sales are FOB Oregon. No sales tax will be added.

For orders outside the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia please contact Customer Service.

Special shipping requests: Let us know if you want your order shipped with a signature release (without required signature). Note: Customer assumes responsibility once the order is delivered to the shipping address.

RETURN POLICY

When you receive your shipment, first verify all contents. To qualify for replacements, you must contact ALW Customer Service at 1-800-597-4616 (PT) within 10 days of receipt. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 10 days for a credit or replacement. ALW accepts returns for credit or replacement only within 10 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. A 10% return fee may apply. Returned material must be:

  • In the current version/edition
  • In salable condition, with no damage, markings, or wear
  • Kits, Sets, and other packaged items must be returned complete as sold.

A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend that returns include a copy of the packing slip or invoice and be traceable / insured through shipper. ALW Customer Service will work with you to qualify the return and issue an RMA number. RMA numbers should be clearly marked on all packages. ALW is not responsible for returned packages received without an RMA number.

You should expect to receive your credit or replacement within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a credit or replacement more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
